I appreciated the updated room. The material used for the chair and headboard can be easily disinfected. The new bedding could also be easily cleaned. The window coverings were perfect, leaving light in, yet providing privacy. I was impressed with the end tables' cord opening and several plug-ins. The counter outside the bathroom was in an excellent location and the placement of the stool, sink and hardwood bathroom floors make for easy cleaning.

front desk staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. he was able to answer all of my questions and was very understanding. I’ve had an experience last year with a Kahler employee who was really rude and just not empathetic with Mayo patients. we had to really think hard before we booked it this time around because of our previous experience. we also liked the vicinity to Mayo.

Location. Joins immediately to Mayo Clinic. I just took the elevator from my room to the lower level, and I was there. Check in was not friendly, but not complicated and they accommodated my early arrival at 2 pm. At check out luggage storage was available and was complimentary.

They updated a lot of the rooms. Very nice. Some things like tub faucets and paint in bathrooms did not get done. Would be nice. Make sure to ask for a room not looking at roof though. And there's no AC in the room. Little stuffy

Great location to the Mayo Clinic. You can walk over without ever having to go outside if the weather is bad. Very clean. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.
